Objective

Before the lesson, ensure that the student has access to Minecraft and understands how to navigate the game. Prepare the drawing materials for the activities.

Activities

• Building Challenge

  Set a timer for 10 minutes and challenge the student to build their dream house in Minecraft. Encourage them to think about what they want in their house, like rooms, colors, and furniture.

• Draw Your Creation

  After building, have the student draw their Minecraft house on paper. Ask them to include details like the number of windows and what colors they used. This helps them express their creativity outside the game!

• Storytime Adventure

  Ask the student to create a short story about their Minecraft character living in their new house. They can tell you about adventures they have in the game or friends they meet. This enhances storytelling skills!
