Objective
By the end of this lesson, Aj will be able to recognize and name letters of the alphabet while learning fun facts about monster trucks. Aj will also create a simple monster truck-themed alphabet game that reinforces letter recognition.
Materials and Prep

- Crayons or markers
- Space to move around (for monster truck activities)
- Imagination and enthusiasm!
Before the lesson, make sure Aj is excited about monster trucks! You can ask Aj about their favorite monster truck to spark interest.
Activities

Monster Truck Alphabet Game: Write each letter of the alphabet on a piece of paper. Then, ask Aj to draw a monster truck that starts with each letter. For example, "A" for "Awesome Truck" or "B" for "Bigfoot."

Monster Truck Rally: Create a mini obstacle course in your space. Aj can pretend to drive a monster truck over pillows (hills) or around chairs (turns) while shouting out letters of the alphabet as they go!

Monster Truck Sounds: Make a list of monster truck sounds like "vroom," "boom," and "crash." Aj can practice making these sounds while pointing to different letters on the paper.
