Before the lesson, make sure to gather a variety of clothing items and set up a comfortable space where the student can practice getting dressed.
Activities

Clothing Show and Tell:
Let the student choose their favorite clothing items and explain why they like them. This encourages self-expression and vocabulary development.
-

Set up a fun relay race where the student has to put on and take off different pieces of clothing in a certain order. Use a timer to make it exciting!
-
Mirror Check:
After getting dressed, the student can look in the mirror and describe what they see. Ask them to point out their favorite part of their outfit.
-
Weather Dress-Up:
Discuss different types of weather and have the student choose appropriate clothing for each type. For example, what would you wear on a rainy day?
