Warm-Up Exercises
Start with dynamic stretches and light cardio to get the blood flowing. This can include jumping jacks, arm circles, and leg swings to prepare the body for movement.

Basic Stances
Teach the student the four basic stances in Kenpo: Horse Stance, Front Stance, Back Stance, and Cat Stance. Have the student practice transitioning between these stances to develop balance and control.

Introduce fundamental strikes such as the Jab, Cross, and Front Kick, along with basic blocks like the High Block and Low Block. Practice each technique slowly, focusing on form and technique before increasing speed.
