  • Floating Fun

Teach Olga how to float on her back. This is a great skill for relaxation and safety. Encourage her to take deep breaths and relax her body.

  • Basic Strokes Practice

Introduce her to basic swimming strokes like the dog paddle and freestyle. Demonstrate and then let her practice while giving her encouragement.

  • Swim Games

Play fun games like "Shark and Minnow" where one person is the shark and the others are minnows trying to swim to safety. This makes swimming fun and engaging!
