Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will have a better understanding of Pokémon types, their strengths and weaknesses, and will create their own unique Pokémon character, enhancing their creativity and knowledge about the Pokémon world.
Materials and Prep
- Paper and pencils for drawing and note-taking
- A list of Pokémon types (e.g., Water, Fire, Grass, Electric, etc.)
- Access to a Pokémon database or website (if available) for research
- Optional: colored pencils or markers for drawing
Before the lesson, familiarize yourself with the different Pokémon types and their strengths and weaknesses. This will help guide the student in their activities.

Start by discussing the different types of Pokémon. Have the student pick their favorite type and list out its strengths and weaknesses against other types. This will help them understand the battle mechanics in Pokémon.
