Objective

By the end of this lesson, Daniella and Alisia will improve their physical fitness through fun activities that promote teamwork, coordination, and overall health. They will learn the importance of staying active and how to enjoy exercise together.

Materials and Prep

  • No special materials are needed; just a safe, open space for movement.
  • Make sure the area is free from hazards like sharp objects or uneven ground.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for physical activity.
  • Prepare to have fun and be energetic!

Activities

  1. Warm-Up Game: "Follow the Leader"

    One person will be the leader and create fun movements for the other to follow. This could include jumping, spinning, or silly walks. Switch leaders after a few minutes!

  2. Obstacle Course Challenge

    Create an imaginary obstacle course using the environment. This can include running around trees, jumping over imaginary hurdles, or crawling under benches. Time each other to see who can complete it the fastest!

  3. Tag Team Relay

    Set up a relay race where Daniella and Alisia take turns running to a designated point and back. Each time they return, they switch roles. This encourages speed and teamwork!

  4. Cool Down: Stretching Together

    End the session with some gentle stretching. Take turns showing each other different stretches to help relax and cool down after the fun activities.
