Materials and Prep

Before the lesson, make sure Minecraft is set up and ready to play. Have paper and colored pencils nearby for drawing ideas.

Activities

• Resource Gathering Adventure

  Charlotte will start by exploring her Minecraft world to gather essential resources like wood, stone, and dirt. This will help her understand how to collect materials needed for building.

• Design Your Dream House

  Using the paper and colored pencils, Charlotte will draw a picture of her dream house in Minecraft. She can think about what materials she wants to use and how she wants it to look.

• Building Time!

  After gathering resources and designing her house, Charlotte will go back into Minecraft to start building her dream house using the materials she collected. Encourage her to be creative and have fun!

• Show and Tell

  Once her house is built, Charlotte can give a little tour of her creation in Minecraft. She can explain what materials she used and why she chose to build it that way.
