Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to create, customize, and play their own quizzes on Quizizz. They will also learn how to analyze results and improve their quizzes based on feedback.
Materials and Prep
- Device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- Quizizz account (free to create)
- Paper and pen for brainstorming quiz questions
- Timer (optional for timed quizzes)
Before starting the lesson, ensure that the student has a Quizizz account set up and is familiar with the basic navigation of the website.
Activities

Brainstorming Session
The student will spend 15 minutes brainstorming topics they are passionate about or subjects they want to quiz others on. They can write down at least 5 topics and choose one to focus on for their quiz.

Create a Quiz
Using Quizizz, the student will create a quiz based on the chosen topic. They will formulate at least 10 questions with multiple-choice answers. Encourage creativity in question types, including true/false and fill-in-the-blank.

Play the Quiz
Once the quiz is created, the student will invite friends or family to play the quiz. They can set a timer and keep track of scores to make it competitive and fun.

Review and Analyze
After the quiz, the student will review the results and feedback. They will discuss what questions were most challenging and think about how to improve their quiz for next time.
