Activities

• Counting Jumping Jacks: The student will perform jumping jacks while counting out loud from 1 to 10. This combines physical activity with counting, making it a fun way to learn!

• Count the Steps: Take a walk around the house or yard and count each step together. This helps the student connect numbers to real-world movement.

• Finger Counting: Use fingers to count objects around the house. For example, count how many toys are in a box or how many apples are in a fruit bowl. This makes counting tangible.

• Number Dance Party: Play a song and dance around. When the music stops, call out a number, and the student has to freeze and hold up that many fingers!
