Objective

Activities

  1. Read a story together:

    • Choose a storybook that is appropriate for your grade level.
    • Sit together and read the story out loud.
    • Pause at different points in the story to discuss what is happening.
  2. Create a story map:

    • Give each student a piece of paper and some markers or crayons.
    • Ask them to draw a simple map of the story, including the main characters and the setting.
    • Encourage them to use colors and labels to make their map more detailed.
