Objective

Before starting the lesson, ensure that all materials are ready and accessible. Discuss with the student what types of ornaments they might like to create, such as stars, snowflakes, or Christmas trees.

Design Your Ornament: Let the student choose a shape for their ornament. They can draw it on colored paper and cut it out. Encourage them to think about what they want their ornament to look like.

Decorate with Color: Using markers, crayons, or glitter, the student can decorate their ornament. Discuss the colors they choose and why they like them.

Add a String: Help the student attach a piece of string or ribbon to their ornament. This will allow them to hang it up. Talk about where they would like to hang their new creation.
