Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to create an informative text that combines elements from various subjects such as Art, English, Foreign Language, Math, Physical Education, and Science. The student will learn how to present factual information in an engaging way, while also developing skills in research and writing.
Materials and Prep
- Paper and pencils for writing and drawing
- Colored markers or crayons for illustrations
- Access to a quiet space for research and writing

- Basic knowledge of each subject area (Art, English, Foreign Language, Math, Physical Education, Science)
Activities

Research and Brainstorm:
The student will choose a topic related to one of the subjects and spend 15 minutes researching it. They can use their imagination to think of interesting facts and ideas to include in their informative text.

Create an Informative Poster:
After gathering information, the student will create a colorful poster that includes illustrations and key facts about their chosen topic. This will help them visualize their informative text.

Write an Informative Text:
The student will write a short informative text (about 200-300 words) based on their research and poster. They will focus on clear and concise language to explain their topic to others.

Present the Informative Text:
Finally, the student will present their informative text and poster to a family member or friend. This will help them practice speaking skills and gain confidence in sharing their knowledge.
