Before the lesson, think about some interesting places around the world or historical figures you can discuss. It could be fun to choose a few that the student might already know about!

Activities

• World Map Drawing

  Start by drawing a simple map of the world on paper. Encourage the student to label continents and oceans. This will help them visualize where different places are!

• Historical Figure Role-Play

  Choose a historical figure together, like a famous explorer or leader. The student can dress up and pretend to be that person, sharing one interesting fact about their life.

• Culture Collage

  Have the student create a collage of pictures or drawings that represent a culture they find interesting. This could include food, clothing, and traditions!

• Story Time

  Read a short story or watch a video about a different country or culture. Discuss what makes it unique and what the student finds fascinating about it.
