Activities

2. Have the student read the short story silently or aloud, depending on their reading level and preference.
3. After reading, ask the student comprehension questions about the story. Encourage them to refer back to the text to find evidence for their answers.
4. Discuss the story with the student, focusing on key elements such as characters, setting, and plot.
5. Have the student complete a written or verbal summary of the story, highlighting the main events.
