Make a list of typical daily expenses while traveling, such as meals, transportation, and attractions. Estimate the average cost for each category and calculate the total daily expenses. Multiply this by the number of days you plan to stay in Italy to find the total estimated expenses.

Research the current exchange rate between your local currency and the Euro. Use this rate to convert the total estimated expenses from your local currency to Euros.
