Activities

Activity 1: Dinosaur Spelling Bee
Choose a dinosaur name and write it on the board. Have the student spell the name out loud. If they spell it correctly, they earn a point. Continue with different dinosaur names until the student reaches a predetermined number of points.

Activity 2: Create a Dinosaur Dictionary
Ask the student to choose five different dinosaur names they find interesting. Have them look up the meanings of these names and write them in their own dinosaur dictionary. Encourage them to draw pictures of the dinosaurs as well.

Activity 3: Dinosaur Word Search
Create a word search puzzle with dinosaur names. Provide the student with the puzzle and ask them to find and circle the hidden words. Once they have completed the puzzle, have them write down the names of the dinosaurs they found.
