Activities
- Research: Use the computer or tablet to find information about pugs in Spanish. Look for facts about their history, characteristics, and any interesting anecdotes. Take notes in English.
- Vocabulary: Using the Spanish-English dictionary, translate the key words related to pugs that you found during your research. Write down the Spanish words and their English translations.
- Practice Sentences: Write sentences in Spanish using the vocabulary words you learned. For example, "Los pugs son una raza de perro muy simpática" (Pugs are a very friendly dog breed). Aim for at least five sentences.
- Speaking Practice: Read your sentences out loud, practicing your pronunciation. If possible, record yourself speaking and listen back to check your pronunciation.
- Quiz: Create a short quiz for yourself with questions about pugs in Spanish. Include questions about their characteristics, history, and any interesting facts you found. Write the questions in Spanish and answer them in English.
