Activities
- Read a Ladybug Picture Book: Begin the lesson by reading a picture book about ladybugs to the toddler. Pause occasionally to ask questions and engage in conversation about the illustrations and story.
- Draw a Ladybug: Provide the toddler with drawing paper and crayons or colored pencils. Instruct them to draw their own ladybug, encouraging them to use their imagination and creativity.
- Color a Ladybug Coloring Page: Give the toddler a ladybug coloring page (printed or drawn) and crayons or colored pencils. Guide them in coloring the ladybug, discussing the different colors they choose and reinforcing the concept of ladybugs being red with black spots.
