Activities

  1. Research Fashion Trends: Use magazines or online fashion resources to find examples of current fashion trends. Take notes on the styles, colors, and patterns you observe. Consider the different elements of design used in each trend.
  2. Create a Fashion Collage: Cut out images from the magazines or print out pictures from online resources. Arrange the images on a piece of paper to create a fashion collage that represents your personal style or a specific theme. Write a short paragraph explaining your choices and the artistic elements you incorporated.
  3. Explore Fashion History: Use the computer or tablet to research and learn about significant fashion movements throughout history. Take notes on the key characteristics, designers, and influences of each movement. Reflect on how these movements have shaped the fashion industry and influenced contemporary fashion.
  4. DIY Fashion Project: If you have sewing materials or old clothes, try a simple DIY fashion project. Use your creativity to transform an item of clothing or create an accessory. Document the process with pictures or sketches and write a brief description of your inspiration and the techniques you used.
