Materials and Prep

• Paper
• Pencil or pen
• Minecraft-themed word list (provided below)

Activities

1. Introduce the Minecraft-themed word list to the student. Explain that they will be practicing their spelling skills by writing down the correct spelling of each word.

2. Read out each word from the list and have the student write down the correct spelling on their paper.

3. Review the correct spellings together and have the student correct any mistakes they made.

4. Encourage the student to create a Minecraft-themed sentence using each word correctly. This will help reinforce their understanding of the words and their spelling.

5. Play a spelling game where you say a word from the list and the student has to spell it out loud. Give them positive feedback for correct spellings and provide gentle guidance for any mistakes.
