Objective

Prior knowledge needed: Basic understanding of plants and their growth requirements.

Activities

  1. Choose a plant to grow: Research different plants suitable for your region and climate. Consider factors like sunlight, water requirements, and growth time.
  2. Prepare the soil: Learn about the importance of soil quality and composition. Test the pH level of your soil and make necessary adjustments.
  3. Plant the seeds or seedlings: Follow proper planting techniques and ensure the plants have enough space to grow.
  4. Water and care for the plants: Understand the importance of watering and maintaining proper moisture levels. Keep a gardening journal to track progress.
  5. Observe and record growth: Monitor the plants' growth over time. Take note of any changes, challenges, or successes.
  6. Harvest and enjoy: Once the plants have reached maturity, harvest the produce and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
