Activities

Warm-up exercises:
- Start with 5 minutes of light jogging in place or around the room.
- Followed by 5 minutes of stretching exercises to loosen up your muscles.

Cardiovascular fitness activity:
- Choose an activity that gets your heart rate up, such as jumping jacks, running in place, or dancing.
- Perform the chosen activity for 10 minutes, taking short breaks if needed.

Strength and flexibility exercises:
- Do 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 10 squats.
- Followed by 5 minutes of yoga or stretching exercises to improve flexibility.

Cool-down and reflection:
- Finish with 5 minutes of slow walking or light jogging to gradually lower your heart rate.
- Take a moment to reflect on how your body feels after the physical activities.
