Activities
1. Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute warm-up consisting of jumping jacks, jogging in place, and stretching exercises to prepare your muscles for physical activity.
2. Fitness Circuit: Set up different stations around the room or outdoor area. Each station will have a specific exercise or activity. Spend 2-3 minutes at each station before moving to the next one. Some examples of stations could be:
- Jump rope
- Hula hoop
- Balance beam (can be improvised using a line on the ground)
- Push-ups or modified push-ups
- Plank hold
- Running or jogging in place
3. Cool-down: Finish the lesson with a 5-minute cool-down consisting of stretching exercises and deep breathing to help your body relax and recover.
