Activities
- Introduction: Begin by showing the globe or world map to the student. Explain that the Earth is covered with large bodies of water called oceans. Ask the student if they know any names of oceans.
- Main Activity: Give the student the printed worksheets with a map of the world. Instruct them to color the five major oceans on the map using different colors. Encourage them to name each ocean as they color it.
- Review: Once the student has finished coloring, review the names of the oceans together. Point to each ocean on the map and ask the student to say its name.
