Activities

  2. Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using objects you find in your outdoor space. Include activities like hopping over a line, crawling under a table, and balancing on a beam.

  3. Jumping Jack Challenge: See how many jumping jacks you can do in one minute. Challenge yourself to beat your previous record each time you try.

  4. Simon Says: Play a game of Simon Says, but with physical movements. Take turns being the leader and following the leader's instructions.

  5. Cool Down: Finish the lesson with a cool-down activity. Walk around slowly, take deep breaths, and do some gentle stretches to relax your muscles.
