Activities

  1. Warm-up: Begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for physical activity. Perform exercises such as jogging in place, arm circles, high knees, and jumping jacks for about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Strength Training Circuit: Create a circuit with four strength exercises targeting different muscle groups. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute, with a 10-15 second rest in between. Repeat the circuit 2-3 times. Examples of exercises include push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks.

  3. Flexibility Routine: Incorporate a series of stretching exercises to improve flexibility. Focus on major muscle groups such as the legs, arms, and back. Hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds, repeating 2-3 times.

  4. Cool-down: Finish the lesson with a cool-down to gradually decrease heart rate and stretch the muscles. Perform exercises such as slow walking, gentle stretching, and deep breathing for about 5-7 minutes.
