Before starting the lesson, make sure you have all the materials ready and familiarize yourself with the activities.
Activities
- Create a Spider Web: Take a piece of white construction paper and draw a spider web using a black marker. Place plastic spiders or other Halloween-themed toys on the web to make it look spooky.
- Learn about Arachnids: Talk about spiders with your parent or guardian. Discuss their body parts, how they catch their prey, and where they live. You can also read a Halloween-themed book about spiders or watch a video about them.
- Make Edible Dirt Cups: Fill a cup with chocolate pudding and crumble some chocolate cookies on top to resemble dirt. Add gummy worms or other edible Halloween treats to represent worms in the dirt. Enjoy your delicious and spooky treat!
