Before starting this lesson, the student should have a basic understanding of writing and be familiar with YouTube gaming channels.

Activities

1. Brainstorming Channel Ideas

   Have the student brainstorm different ideas for their gaming YouTube channel. Encourage them to think about their favorite games, unique aspects they can bring to their channel, and potential target audience.

2. Creating a Channel Plan

   Guide the student in creating a plan for their channel. This should include deciding on the channel name, designing a logo or banner, and outlining the types of videos they want to create.

3. Writing a Script

   Explain the importance of scripting their videos to ensure clear and engaging content. Help the student write a script for their first video, including an introduction, gameplay commentary, and a conclusion.

4. Reviewing and Revising

   Encourage the student to review their script, making sure it flows well and effectively communicates their ideas. Assist them in revising any areas that need improvement.
