Activities
-
Warm-up: Start by doing a few stretches to prepare your body for physical activity. Stretch your arms, legs, and neck gently.
-
Endurance Circuit: Set up a simple circuit with stations such as jumping jacks, running in place, hopping on one leg, and crawling. Spend 1-2 minutes at each station, trying to keep going without stopping.
-
Obstacle Course: Create an obstacle course using cushions, cones, or any other safe objects you have at home. Challenge yourself to complete the course as quickly as possible without giving up.
-
Animal Walks: Pretend to be different animals and move around the room. Try walking like a bear, hopping like a kangaroo, or crawling like a crab. See how long you can keep going with each animal walk.
-
Cool Down: Finish the lesson with a cool-down activity. Slowly walk around the room and take deep breaths to bring your heart rate back to normal.
