Objective
The objective of this lesson is for the student to learn basic football skills and improve their physical fitness through fun and engaging activities.
Materials and Prep
- Open space for physical activities
- Football
- Cones or markers for boundaries
- Water bottle
Activities

Warm-up: Start with a light jog around the designated area to get your heart rate up and muscles warmed up.

Passing Practice: Stand a few feet apart from a partner and practice passing the football back and forth. Focus on using your fingertips to grip the ball and throwing with a gentle, underhand motion.

Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using cones or markers. Include activities such as running around a cone, jumping over a small hurdle, and weaving through cones. Time yourself and try to beat your own record!

Scrimmage: Divide into two teams and play a friendly scrimmage. Practice passing, catching, and running with the football. Remember to have fun and encourage good sportsmanship!

Cool-down: End the lesson with a cool-down period. Walk or jog lightly to gradually lower your heart rate and stretch your muscles to prevent soreness.
