Activities
- Brainstorming: Start by discussing Super Mario and his adventures. Ask the student to think about different scenarios or challenges that Super Mario could face.
- Character Development: Have the student choose a character from the Super Mario universe to be the main character of their story. Encourage them to describe the character's appearance, personality, and special abilities.
- Plot Creation: Help the student create a plot for their story. Ask them to think about the problem or challenge their character will face, the steps they will take to overcome it, and the resolution of the story.
- Writing the Story: Provide the student with paper and a pencil. Encourage them to write their story, incorporating the character and plot they have developed. Remind them to include a beginning, middle, and end in their story.
- Illustration (optional): If the student enjoys drawing, they can illustrate their story using Super Mario coloring book pages or their own drawings of the characters and scenes from their story.
