Activities
- Tree Identification Game: Show the pictures or illustrations of different trees and have the student guess the names of the trees. Give them hints if needed.
- Tree Drawing: Ask the student to choose their favorite tree and draw it on the whiteboard or large paper. Encourage them to include details such as leaves, branches, and roots.
- Tree Story: Help the student create a story about a tree. Ask them questions about what the tree looks like, where it grows, and who lives in or around it. Write down the story as they dictate it.
- Tree Hunt: Take a walk outside and look for different types of trees in your neighborhood or local park. Encourage the student to observe the differences in size, shape, and color of the trees.
