- Open space to move around
No prior knowledge or preparation is required for this lesson.
Activities
-
Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute warm-up to get your muscles ready for exercise. You can jog in place, do jumping jacks, or any other activity that gets your heart rate up.
-
Strength Training: Choose three different strength exercises such as push-ups, squats, and plank. Perform each exercise for 10 repetitions, taking short breaks in between. Repeat the circuit 2-3 times.
-
Flexibility Exercises: Focus on stretching your major muscle groups. Perform exercises like toe touches, standing quad stretches, and butterfly stretches. Hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times.
-
Cool-down: Finish the lesson with a 5-minute cool-down to gradually lower your heart rate. You can do gentle stretches or take slow walks to relax your body.
