Materials and Prep
- Picture books about flowers
- Real or artificial flowers
- Construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Markers or crayons

Activities
- Read a flower-themed picture book together, discussing the different types of flowers and their characteristics.
- Go on a flower hunt in the backyard or a nearby park. Encourage the toddler to observe and point out different flowers they see.
- Create a flower collage using construction paper, scissors, and glue. Cut out flower shapes from different colored paper and let the toddler arrange and glue them onto a larger sheet of paper.
- Draw and color their favorite flower using markers or crayons. Encourage the toddler to describe their drawing and explain why they like that particular flower.
