Activities

  1. Snake Yoga: Guide the student through a series of yoga poses inspired by snake movements. Explain how snakes use their bodies to slither, coil, and stretch.

  2. Snake Relay Race: Set up a relay race where the student needs to mimic snake movements while moving from one point to another. This activity will focus on agility, coordination, and balance.

  3. Snake Research: Encourage the student to research different snake species, their habitats, and their physical characteristics. Have them write a short report or create a presentation about their favorite snake.

  4. Snake Fitness Circuit: Create a circuit with different exercise stations, each representing a unique characteristic of a snake. For example, jumping jacks for snake strikes, push-ups for snake push-ups, and lunges for snake slithering. The student should complete a set number of repetitions at each station.
