Objective

Activities

  2. Introduction to Aerial Silks:

    Explain the basics of aerial silks, including how they are rigged, the different types of fabric, and safety precautions.

    Teach the student foundational aerial silk moves such as the foot lock, hip key, and basic climbs. Demonstrate each move and provide step-by-step instructions for the student to follow.

  5. Cool-down and Reflection:

    Finish the lesson with a cool-down period and reflective discussion. Ask the student to share their favorite move or sequence and what they enjoyed most about the lesson.
