Objective

Materials and Prep

Activities

  1. Warm-up: Start with a dynamic warm-up routine to get the body ready for exercise. Include exercises such as jumping jacks, high knees, and arm circles.

  2. Strength Training Circuit: Perform a circuit of bodybuilding exercises targeting major muscle groups. Include exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, squats, lunges, and push-ups. Complete 2-3 sets of 10-12 repetitions for each exercise.

  3. Core Workout: Engage in a core workout to strengthen the abdominal muscles. Include exercises such as plank variations, Russian twists, and bicycle crunches. Complete 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions for each exercise.

  4. Cool-down and Stretching: Finish the lesson with a cool-down routine to gradually lower the heart rate and stretch the muscles. Include exercises such as walking or light jogging followed by static stretches for all major muscle groups.
