Activities

1. Research and Identify Restaurant Hotspots

   Using the internet or reference books, research and identify regions or cities known for their diverse and vibrant restaurant scenes. Write down at least three examples and note their geographical location.

2. Explore Climate and Cuisine

   Select one of the regions or cities identified in the previous activity. Research the climate of that area and its impact on the types of cuisine available. Write a short paragraph explaining the relationship between climate and cuisine in that particular location.

3. Create a Restaurant Concept

   Imagine you are opening a restaurant in a specific geographic location. Consider the climate, local resources, and cultural influences. Create a restaurant concept that reflects the unique characteristics of that area. Draw a simple sketch or write a description of your restaurant concept.

4. Present and Discuss

   Share your restaurant concept with a family member or friend. Explain how the geographical factors influenced your concept and why you believe it would be successful in that location.
