Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to create pumpkin-themed artwork using only materials related to pumpkins.

Materials and Prep

• Orange construction paper
• Green construction paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Markers or crayons
• Pencil

Before starting the lesson, make sure you have all the materials ready and accessible for the activities.

Activities

1. Draw and cut out a large pumpkin shape from the orange construction paper.

2. Draw and cut out a stem shape from the green construction paper.

3. Glue the stem at the top of the pumpkin shape to create a complete pumpkin.

4. Use markers or crayons to decorate the pumpkin with a face, patterns, or any other creative ideas you have.
