Activities

  1. Start by brainstorming a list of bug-related words. Write down as many nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs as you can think of.

  2. Choose three nouns from your list and write a sentence for each noun. Make sure to include an article (a, an, the) before the noun.

  3. Select three verbs from your list and create sentences using each verb. Pay attention to subject-verb agreement.

  4. Pick three adjectives from your list and use them to describe different bugs. Write sentences using the adjectives before the nouns.

  5. Finally, choose three adverbs from your list and write sentences that describe how bugs move or behave. Place the adverbs before the verbs.
