Activities

  1. Choose a healthy recipe that you would like to cook.

    Research the nutritional benefits of the main ingredients used in the recipe.

  2. Gather all the necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.

    Follow the recipe instructions to prepare the dish.

  3. While cooking, discuss the importance of using fresh ingredients and avoiding processed foods.

  4. Once the dish is ready, present it in an appealing manner and discuss the importance of visual presentation in healthy cooking.
