Activities

  4. Game Play: Divide into teams and set up a small handball court using cones or markers. Play a modified game of handball, focusing on applying the skills learned. Encourage fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

  5. Cool Down: Finish the lesson with a cool-down activity, such as stretching or light exercises, to gradually lower your heart rate and prevent muscle soreness.
