Activities

  1. Research and Presentation: Choose a physical activity that has cultural or historical significance. Research its origins, cultural context, and any historical events associated with it. Create a presentation to share your findings with the class.
  2. Nature Walk and Reflection: Go for a nature walk in your local area. Pay attention to your surroundings and how being in nature makes you feel. Take notes or photos during your walk. Afterward, write a reflection piece discussing the connection between nature and your well-being.
  3. Create a Cultural Dance: Choose a traditional dance from a specific culture. Learn the dance steps and choreograph your own routine. Practice and perform the dance, either alone or with a partner, focusing on the cultural significance and the joy of movement.
