Before starting the lesson, make sure you are familiar with the basic parts of an airplane.

Activities

  1. Word Search: Create a word search puzzle using airplane-related words. Include words like "pilot," "wing," "propeller," "cockpit," and "landing gear." Solve the puzzle by finding and circling the words.
  2. Spelling Bee: Choose five airplane-related words and ask someone to pronounce them for you. Spell each word out loud and check your spelling. If you make a mistake, try again until you get it right.
  3. Writing Sentences: Write five sentences using different airplane-related words. Make sure to use each word correctly and in context. For example, "The pilot flew the airplane through the clouds."
