  • Printed pictures of different locations in the Zelda game
  • Paper and crayons

Activities

  • Introduce the concept of geography by showing the map of the Zelda game world. Explain that geography is the study of places and how they relate to each other.
  • Show the printed pictures of different locations in the Zelda game and ask the student to identify them on the map. Discuss the characteristics of each location, such as climate, terrain, and landmarks.
  • Have the student draw their own map of a Zelda-inspired world. Encourage them to include different types of terrain and landmarks, and explain why they chose certain features for their map.
  • After completing the map, ask the student to describe their imaginary world using geographical terms. For example, they can talk about mountains, forests, rivers, and deserts.
