Activities
- Introduce the concept of geography by showing the globe or world map to the student. Explain that geography is the study of places and how they are connected.
- Show the student a football or a picture of a football. Ask them if they know where football is played. Discuss different countries where football is popular.
- Have the student color a football on a piece of paper. Encourage them to use different colors to represent different countries.
- Using the globe or world map, point out different countries and ask the student to identify the colors they used for those countries on their football drawing.
