Activities

- Running Drills: Teach proper running form and technique. Practice running in place, high knees, and butt kicks to improve running efficiency.
- Running Challenge: Set up a mini obstacle course or mark a distance for the student to run. Time the student and encourage them to beat their own record each time.
- Cool-down: Finish the lesson with a 5-minute cool-down routine, including gentle stretches to prevent muscle soreness.
