Today, we're going on an amazing adventure inside the human body! Did you know your body has its own team of superheroes? They're called the Immune System! Their job is super important: they protect you from tiny invaders called germs, which can sometimes make you feel sick. Think of germs like little villains trying to cause trouble, and the immune system is the superhero team that stops them!

Activity 1 (15 mins): Superhero Training Academy - Meet the Team!

Let's meet some of the main superheroes in our immune team! (Use optional profiles or draw simple representations).

• Macrophage 'Mighty Muncher': (Draw a large, blob-like shape). This hero is big and strong! Its superpower is 'eating' the germ villains! It gobbles them up. Let's make a munching sound!
• B-Cell 'Blaster': (Draw a smaller circle). This hero is smart! It makes special weapons called 'antibodies' (like sticky nets or laser tags) that stick to the germ villains, marking them for other heroes to find easily.
• T-Cell 'Terrific Tracker': (Draw another shape, maybe with 'eyes'). This hero is like a detective! It finds cells in our body that the villains have already invaded and signals for help to get rid of them. It also helps remember villains so the team is ready next time!

Activity 2 (20 mins): Create Your Own Immune Superhero!

Now it's your turn to be a designer for the Immune System team! Using the construction paper, crayons, scissors, and glue, create your very own Immune Superhero.

1. Choose a type of immune cell we learned about (or invent a cool helper!).
2. Draw your superhero on paper.
3. Give it a cool superhero name (like 'Captain Antibody' or 'Mega Macrophage').
4. Write or tell me what its superpower is (based on what the real cells do, like 'Eating Germs', 'Making Antibody Weapons', 'Tracking Villains').

Guidance: Help the student connect the superhero's powers to the actual function of the immune cell.

Activity 3 (10 mins): Villain Invasion! - Role-Play Defence

Oh no! The Germ Villains are attacking! (Scatter some 'Germ Villain' cutouts). Use your superhero creation (or drawings of the heroes we learned about) to show how the Immune System defends the body.

Prompt: 'A sneaky germ just got in! Which superhero comes first? What does it do?' (e.g., 'Macrophage Muncher eats it!'). 'More germs are coming! How does B-Cell Blaster help?' (e.g., 'It makes antibodies stick to them!'). 'How does T-Cell Tracker find the hidden ones?'
