Activities
- Introduce skateboarding to the toddler by showing them pictures or images of skateboards. Explain that skateboarding is a fun sport that involves riding on a board with wheels.
- Encourage the toddler to draw their own skateboard design on a piece of paper or cardboard using crayons or markers. They can get creative and use different colors and patterns.
- Assist the toddler in cutting out the skateboard shape from the paper or cardboard. Use scissors to carefully cut along the drawn lines.
- Show the toddler how to attach the cut-out skateboard shape to another piece of paper or cardboard using tape or glue. This will make the skateboard more sturdy.
- Allow the toddler to decorate the skateboard further by adding stickers or additional drawings.
- Encourage the toddler to imagine themselves riding their skateboard and have them share their design with others.
